Just had my Audi A5 in for its first service. Was recommended this place via my friend who is still in the car trade as we both used to work alongside the owner. From start to finish i cant praise this garage highly enough. Excellent customer service from Lynn from the1st phone call to the driver Eddie who collected and delivered my car back to my home address. The Attention to detail, communication, paperwork and workmanship has been 1st class, alongside great pricing for labour, etc compared to main dealerships. I cannot fault this place and my first experience using this garage was 10 out of 10. would highly recommended.

The service at ATC is second to none. The staff are very courteous and well informed. The cost of a recent suspension repair was not any different to other garages but what makes ATC different is their customer approach. They kept me informed and the car was ready, cleaned and vacuumed when they said it would be ready. I have no hesitation in recommending ATC for car repairs.

13 Feb 2025 – Once again absolutely fantastic service. My Audi A6 (C7) Allroad would not start and I called the AA. The AA said it was a fuel issue and could not be fixed at the roadside so I had them recover the car to the Audi Technik Centre (ATC) on Tuesday. As it was not a planned/booked in repair and ATC still had to do their diagnostic and price up the repair, I thought I would not see the car for a while. Obviously ATC just don’t have mechanics and spares sitting about waiting for us all to breakdown!

It so happened I had booked my car in with them for its MOT on Thu 13 Feb 2025 before my car broke down. So it was possible to get the diagnostic done then. But early Wednesday morning I got a call from Lynn with a cost and when they could do the repair.

Things could not have been better, the fault was found and costed so I gave the go-ahead for the repair. I was informed by Lynn that they could do it today (Wednesday) and if time allows they could do the MOT after the repair. Brilliant.

So, Thursday morning I went and picked up my car at 8am. Ahead of my planned MOT time and went home. The car was spotless and ready to go.

I have never looked back after finding ATC. I use them for all my car work, repairs if needed, servicing and MOTs. They have Audi qualified mechanics and technicians. The added bonus is cheaper labour prices and also the servicing etc is logged with Audi so you get an Audi Service history.

Thank you ALL again at ATC. Everything about the team there is OUTSTANDING, going above and beyond to ensure there customers come first.

Mar 2022 – I had a coolant leak in my Audi A6 (C7) Allroad and for the life of me, I could not get my car in for a repair.

I took it to three garages who said they would do a pressure test and get it in to be fixed. I ended up getting the run around with it being the Water Pump or the Thermostatic Housing? No one seemed to know but I had to pay for these tests.

I found someone to do the work, but they phoned me the day before the repair and said they were busy and still had to finish another car. I said it was OK as I was really expecting to be booked in after they had finished that car but no. The next slot was in ten days time. I had had enough as I had to cancel a break to Arran and also a trip to London.

I looked around and found Audi Technik Centre. I really wish I had spoken with them sooner. I explained my issue on 17 March and it was booked in and fixed 24 March.

The whole team at ATC are super fantastic. Nikki (main person I was speaking with) and the other ladies in reception were great. They moved things about to fit me in, gave me costs and other options. But more importantly gave me honest and sound advice on the best way forward.

That sound advice worked! All I was wanting was all the issues fixed that the other garages had mentioned. Actually, it had nothing to do with any of the issues they mentioned. ATC diagnosed the issue as the EGR (exhaust gas recirculation). So had I used one of the other garages to fix it I would still have had the EGR issue.

ATC’s way of business is the best I have seen for decades. All professional, polite, straightforward and honest. From the team in reception; to the man who welcomed me when I arrived early and showed me where reception was; and the ladies keeping me updated on progress.

They also understood that I lived in Irvine. So they assigned two mechanics to work on the car when necessary, so they could do the job in one day.

I will most certainly be back to ATC for Serving, MOT and god forbid any further issues. I will be spreading their good name to others.

Have been using Audi Technik for a couple of years now to service and maintain my A5 following a horrendous experience with the local Audi dealership. The quality of service and the staff are exceptional and very helpful from reception through to workshop and William explains everything perfectly. I went to Audi Technic when my usual garage told me the noise coming from my car (no diagnostics) was serious and would likely need a new engine (2nd hand) at cost of £3.5k. He was ‘struggling’ to fit me in so I searched reviews and found this garage. Wow what a find from booking the car in, Reception staff and full experience was first class. Put car in just after 8am by 1.30 I was told car was ready for pick up noise was coming from loose fanbelt cover which they sorted total cost £102 for diagnostics. Couple of advisories and I have booked in to get these done so well done Audi Technic you have just got yourself a new customer won’t be going anywhere else now

Recently purchased a 2017 Volvo V40. Very enjoyable experience from start to finish with Paul. Not pushy at all and very detailed in explaining things about the car and taking me out for an extended test drive. Agreement reached to give the gear box an oil service and replace the discs and pads. Also got what I wanted on my part exchange. Would definitely recommend.

I bought an Audi A5 from ATC at the weekend. From start to finish the service I received from Paul and the team was faultless. After initially speaking on the phone, I reserved the car through Autotrader (which was also a pleasant experience). I travelled through from Edinburgh 48 hours later to test drive the car. It was exactly as described and as seen in the pictures/video on the advert. I really appreciated not feeling any pressure from Paul to make the decision to agree to buy it on the spot, but after sleeping on it I knew it was an opportunity not to be missed! The car was ready for collection the following weekend and it was absolutely spotless, the valet did such a great job.

Overall, the level of service I received was 100x better than any large national dealerships I have dealt with in the past, and I will undoubtedly travel the length of the M8 to get my car serviced here in the future! Thanks again guys!

My experience with Audi Technik Centre was nothing short of excellent. I reached out to have my S3 8Y’s rear Brembo brake pads (which I provided) fitted to my car. From the onset, I informed them about the need for computer-released rear calipers due to the electronic parking brake.

Upon dropping off my car, I was assured the labour would only take an hour. However, I received a call informing me of an additional £52 charge for utilising an Audi code to unlock the rear calipers. Expressing my disappointment, the manager kindly agreed to honour the original estimate of £102.

Audi Technik Centre kept in touch, and to my satisfaction, the work was completed to an exceedingly high standard. I am tremendously pleased with their service and professionalism. Without a doubt, I would entrust my car to Audi Technik Centre in the future. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, making them a garage I can wholeheartedly recommend.

From the first phone call to collecting my Audi SQ5 the entire team were friendly and helpful with no hard selling. They took the time to go through every aspect of the car with me to ensure I was happy with operating it, as well as going above and beyond to get the car mechanically and cosmetically sound for me. I’ll look forward to dealing with them again and would highly recommend them for sales and servicing.

As with all the cars I’ve had I read every single review of any garage I use so there are some mixed reviews for this place which are mostly positive but be aware what website your reading on as there is another garage with the same name with some very dubious and unsavoury reviews and I think people have been getting confused with the two.
I decided on this garage for a few reasons one is they are Audi approved with Audi diagnostics and genuine parts and the second is the owner is an ex Audi master technician with decades of experience so even if i came across issues with his staff then my thinking is he would know the answer.

There are cheaper places to get an S5 serviced but if your your happy to take an expensive car to Halfords for a chap to watch a YouTube video on how to service an Audi (without approved parts) then on your own head be it.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception has all the certificates clearly displayed on the wall so you know what your getting.
when I went to collect it, it had been cleaned inside and out, and I had been contacted about some filters that may need changed but gave me the option to do it there and then or at the next service so no hidden costs.
I also have a FitCam X built into the dashboard which they didn’t know about so that meant I could review the work getting done afterwards on my phone as it records as soon as the car moves and I didn’t find anything unusual.

As far as the pros/cons go the only one I could think of was the location of the garage in relation to the off slip of the motorway can be tricky going in and out of but that said the location is pretty good in relation to the town.
They have earned my trust so I will definitely use them again I also left it 6 weeks to leave this review incase any issues pop up but nothing the cars running great.

I cant thank these guys enough. I am new to the area and I called them up after RAC said I needed to go to a garage (and another garage I had phoned refused because it was nearly September weekend) with my car that had a cylinder issue. Phoned at 3pm on the Thursday before the September weekend, they made no fuss and were happy for me to come down. When I dropped off the car I asked if possible for it to be done that day (I commute long distances for work). I had a phone call at 4.45pm to say that they’d diagnosed and repaired the problem. Picked up the car, reasonable price, and they had valeted the car in that time too (I didn’t ask and wasn’t charged for this).

Thank you again guys, you really did make a very stressful situation significantly less stressful.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and I gave them little time to get the car ready for collection. This garage went the extra mile not only in making sure the car was ready but also in making the purchase went without problems. So in a nutshell if you are thinking of buying a car then this is the place to go. Only Critacism I is they could do with a uniform and then they would be second to none.

First Class Service, The Girls got me booked in at short notice, Nikki was absolutely amazing, I seriously must have been doing her head in with continuous phone calls and questions, I’m a driving instructor my car is my business and it needs to on the road, Audi Technik pulled out all the straws to keep me on the road as quickly efficiently as possible. Wee surprise when I came in to collect my car, Douglas was chatting away and dropped in to conversation that we both used to work for the same dealership many many years ago! Small world.

I’ve got one more service on my service plan with Glasgow Audi and then I’ll be a continued customer of Audi Technik.

Cannot express how great these guys are. I was in the market for my first car very soon after my test, and Paul and Stuart were so clear in explaining every little detail that I asked for, from the spec of the car, any prior owners, mileage, costs, finance details etc. All done with a genuinely very nice feeling and warmth, never at all felt like the hard sell. I saw a Seat Ibiza on AutoTrader, went in on the Saturday and by the next week, it’s now parked at home. Truly a phenomenal experience – even when there were issues of my own doing, it was all sorted swiftly and very professionally. Cannot recommend highly enough. Also came in for a repair, and the service was once again excellent.

Audi Technik were absolute heroes and hugely helped me after Arnold Clark tried to charge me £3k for work on my VW that categorically didn’t need to be done. They were efficient, careful and so respectful throughout. The team are great at their jobs and lovely. I’m never going anywhere else for work on my car again! I’d recommend them to anyone.

I have used this business for just over 3 years to maintain the manufacturers warranty, they are superb at what they do. They have fully maintained my Audi’s and never a moments trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The chap, I think his name is David, that collects and delivers my car is a true asset to the business. Always immaculate.

What an incredible journey with these guys. Absolute professionals with phenomenal customer service. Upgraded my Audi A4 Avant’s halogen tail lights to LEDs, something that seemed impossible until I came across them. I’d like to give a massive shoutout to the whole team who worked on the job and getting through the hiccups, especially Gordon for all his time and patience for letting this happen in the first place. I was told this was a job that had never been performed here but Audi Technik’s team were willing to give it a go. Several hours later, the lights were fitted with zero issues. This is definitely the only place that has successfully carried out this kind of job in Scotland as all others refused and said it was not possible, Audi Technik proved them all wrong. I will definitely be returning in the future for any other work needing done to my car. Have a look at the before and after results to see for yourself how outstanding their work is.

Purchased an Audi A4 Quattro estate after seeing it advertised on Auto Trader. Not only did they provide brilliant quality pictures of the vehicle, they included a walk around video of the car.

I bought my car from a friend who had this car serviced and repaired at this garage. It was due a service and I thought I would use them too as they had done some major work on this car. ie. Auto clutch replacement on a DSG gearbox.
They done an a service and gave me a full report on the car.
I had an Emengine management light come on. They diagnosed the fault and repaired it.
Got my car back and after 2 day the EML came back on.
I called them up and they booked it in straight away and apologised for my inconvenience. The fault was rectified free of charge.
From booking my car in to collection was a stress free experience.

I had done my research and knew the exact specification of car I wanted, but David at Audi Technik Centre completed that journey by offering top class service. I was nervous about buying a car online as I am in Hertfordshire, but David provided excellent detail on the car and all of its service history, he also provided a personal video of the car and inspected it for me as I couldn’t view in person. I was happy with, and purchased the car, and the service continued all the way through until it arrived at my doorstep, with calls from David himself to check I was happy with it. I first contacted Paul when they had a car in, but I was too slow and missed out on it by a day. Due to the high quality stock they had, I kept an eye on their website and came across the car I have now bought. Genuinely, the service was just fantastic. There was never a hard sell, never any pressure; it just felt like talking to a mate who has a similar interest in cars. I cannot rate Audi Technik and the team high enough for their service. I recently bought an Audi A4 from them and the entire experience from first viewing the car to driving away couldn’t have been made easier. Excellent service from Paul and the guys from buying the car to the first MOT. I would usually go with a big name brands but have had better service from start to finish! Would definitely recommend Audi Technik Centre.

We were put onto The Audi technik centre as my sons car ran out of engine coolant. We took the car to several garages for repair to be told the engine was done and unrepairable.. Within couple of days of being in Audi techniks garage we got the good news that the engine can be saved by stripping down and repairing and renewing any damaged parts.. they kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and when we got the car back.. it now runs smoother than it did before.. I would like to thank Willie and the team at Audi technik for there perfect work and I will be definetly using them again and will highly recommend them.. top service at a great price. Thanks Guys

Had my C43 in at Mercedes down the road and they were trying to con me into replacing my brake discs/pads when they really could have lasted another 6-12 months easily. The car had been serviced there a month before and there was no issue then (and the car has barely moved since), so it didn’t feel like they were really needed.

Had the car booked in with Audi Technik immediately after picking it up from Mercedes for a second opinion and they confirmed my thinking that it could easily be put off for a while longer.

Really appreciate the honesty, will definitely be back when they actually need replaced!

Had my A8 in for some suspension and brake work, got a few other problems sorted while it was in, very knowledgeable company, was kept in the loop at all times and when I returned to pick up my car it was cleaned inside and out , highly recommended! I’ll be back in the near future for a couple of other jobs I’m needing done 5*.

Ended up having to use this garage because of conditions to a Warranty after buying a new car. Had quite a few things fixed on the car and the technicians and mechanics here were great and sorted everything. Not the cheapest work, but the quality was worth it.

Tried this garage out as a friend had used it said it was good . In my opinion good as found what was wrong 1st time said it would take a week to sort went ahead with it but had the car for two weeks instead of week an no discount for it taking an extra week .

I bought my first Audi about 6 months ago, an 11 year old 3.2L TT. I knew it was in need of a few items of repair, service etc. Also I knew it was due a new clutch. I searched around and found this Centre. I have been very impressed with the service I have received.
